Target group − Couples and single expecting mothers

  • who are expecting their first or a subsequent child
  • who want to experience the upcoming birth feeling informed, confident and relaxed
  • whose last childbirth was some time ago
  • single expecting mothers attending on their own or accompanied by a partner
  • who want to take a course in French or English

Goals

  • The course participants acquire basic knowledge about the birth process.
  • They learn techniques to help with the birth, in line with their needs.
  • They gain a realistic picture of the birth process and learn about their options and resources for shaping the process.
  • Their self-confidence and trust with respect to the birth are enhanced.

Cancellation Terms
CHF 50.00 for administrative costs on cancelling a private course, as soon as the first contact by the course leader has been made.

Courses are scheduled individually. On request, the course can be offered in French or English. Please note your preferred language when registering.
